Ordering

All items are hand made by us at Tribal Rhino and nearly everything is customisable with names or messages added to items. For this reason, it can take a couple of days to create your items and it may take a little longer to build your order during peak times. We will keep you up to date as we go and will give you an idea of shipping times when you confirm your order. Unless you have opted for a hand-finished item you, will still receive a great quality item, however, due to the nature of the creation process, there may be blemishes on the surface. Shipping


Your order will be shipped as soon as it is complete. You can opt to pick your order up when it is complete, or if you are within 10 miles of us, we can drop it to you for free. From there, we use 2 carriers for the most part. Costs are outlined below.

Hermes (UK Service)


  • Standard - Items are shipped with tracking. This option takes between 2 and 4 working days to arrive from when it is shipped. For a 1kg box, it will cost you £3.50. Costs rise by the kilo with a 15kg package being the biggest option, costing £9.50
  • Next day - Items are shipped with tracking. Items are generally delivered the next day after shipping. For a 1kg box, it will cost you £3.50. Costs rise by the kilo with a 15kg package being the biggest option, costing £9.50

Royal Mail (Europe and Worldwide)


Items are shipped with tracking and signatures required at the other end. Delivery times are quite variable but tend to be between 3 and 10 working days after shipping, depending on location. Shipping is broken down a fair bit, and it gets even more complicated dependant on which country you live in. Here are some examples.

  • Europe - The cheapest option is 100g at £13.00 and 2kg being the biggest we can ship at £20.00.
  • Worldwide Zone 1 - The cheapest option is 100g at £13.50 and 2kg being the biggest we can ship at £27.00.
  • Worldwide Zone 2 - The cheapest option is 100g at £13.50 and 2kg being the biggest we can ship at £29.00.

Custom shipping and couriers


Custom shipping can be arranged, if you have a preference for a shipping supplier I can look at getting a quote from them for you.

Returns


Physical Items


Due to the customised service we offer, we cannot accept returns of physical items once production has started. You might still be able to cancel an order and get a partial refund if the order has not yet been assembled. Contact us early if you have an issue.

Digital downloads


We will not refund any digital downloads once purchased as they are sent out automatically in the order confirmation.
